Appropriate skin routine is part of our healthy ageing. You don`t have to look grey, the amount of moisture below the skin’s surface can reduce, leaving skin that looks deflated and dull, instead of plump and bright. Keeping your skin hydrated during flights and summer trips is no mean feat. It does not take long term planning what to pack in your suitcase to help your skin stay healthy. 

MAIN AIM: >> Do not serve your skin extreme water shortages.
>> Do not expose your skin to extreme doses of sun at the same time.

We’ve all experienced dehydration on our body/skin. It is happening very quick. If you are suffering from auto-immunologic conditions, example: malfunction of the thyroid gland you, should pay extra care during any holidays.  You know your body symptoms and after a flight you will experience certain conditions – You must act instantly. 

For the BEST RESULTS start before your holidays – help your skin by taking this simple steps to avoid serving your body unnecessary lowering the hydration barrier by simple steps: 

  • few days before flight (or a week) drink lots of fruit/veg shakes or mousses
  • take regularly your medication/supplements
  • few days before flight You should ‘boost’ your skin: treat yourself with special mask treatment (apply to neck & decolte) pay attention to intensive skin care. Your beauty therapist should recommend suitable mask that serve your skin hydration & refreshment. I definitely recommend Hyaluron-Filler Hyaluron Intensive Mask with Eurecin (patch mask, can be use twice)   **You also can take one with you on holidays!
  • 2 day before your holidays flight do try to avoid: sunbeds, alcohol consumption, try to avoid heavy fried foods, beef or processed foods
  • make a good 7/8 hrs sleep

My advice: Simple & concentrated!

For those traveling with hand luggage, it is important that you do not exceed 100ml! No deodorants = No thermal water. (I recommend to purchase this miracle product at your holidays destination)
There is no need to pour every cosmetic into a mini bottle! 

Plan well in advance (especially for online shopping) to purchase the most important thing you can’t do without moisturising, smoothing the skin IS SERUM (eg. serum with Hyaluronic AcidNiacynamidePrickly pear, anything with antioxidant is great  that`s is a concentrate for your skin, cream, milk or face wash gel suitable for your skin. (this usually needs to be pour into smaller bottle)

I LOVE serums as they contains more active ingredients than the cream, so just a little bit of the product is enough to moisturize and firm the skin. The serum has a light formula, thanks to which it penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin. When looking for a serum, make sure that it does not contain artificial preservatives, fragrances and dyes. This way you will not expose your skin to irritation. However, remember to perform an allergy test before using the cosmetic for the first time. Thanks to this, you can be sure that none of the ingredients causes burning, redness, itching and an allergic reaction during your holidays.

***For the SERUM you should avoid anything with: Retinol and VitC. You should not use this at least 2 weeks before your holidays or during exposure to the sun rays. If you really want to use product with Vit C in the summer, apply just before going to bed. In this way, you will avoid irritation caused by skin exposure to the sun.

Remember you can take 2 different serums/creams (they are usually 30/50ml) airport limit items are per head but as bottles or jars are less than 100ml you can take them with your hand luggage anywhere. 

 

We are waiting for sunny holidays sometimes all year around but we work for your beautiful skin appearance all year around too. Be aware of the sun, solar radiation penetrates the epidermis, causing irreversible changes in the structure of our skin. Long-term exposure of the body and face to the sun causes elastosis, i.e. degeneration of elastin fibers, which does not occur with adequate protection against UV.  Must Have is cream with SPF50 (If you care about flawless skin color without discoloration, please apply SPF50 few times a day). If you cannot do without make-up, now SPF is combined with fluids in a wonderful consistency.

If you have a tendency to hyperpigmentation, do not allow yourself to skip SPF50 remember, if you forget to pack SPF in the place of your vacation, you will find plenty of it. Remember to buy a package below 100ml to be able to take it home with you.

What about Vit D? A 2010 study published in The Journal of Investigate Dermatology found that only 13 minutes in a T-shirt and shorts 3 times a week for 6 weeks in the sun was enough to make up for a vitamin D3 deficiency.

During your precious moments don`t forget to drink local juices and water. If you are following all the steps about skin routine and healthy living you are on the way for amazing results.
